Frank’s professional experience has included equity partnerships, senior level executive and consultancy roles. He is the current President of Equiant Financial Services. He has served as President of Resort Condominiums International (RCI Exchange Network) and its wholly owned subsidiaries being RCC a software company and RCIM a management company managing 28 resorts with 490 employees. Frank was responsible for sales and recurring revenue of RCI North America and consistently exceeded expected EBITDA contributions and budget objectives.

Frank also served as President of Sulcus Hospitality Group and engineered the acquisition and reorganization of Lodgistix, Squirrel and NRG. This synergy between a hotel computer software company, restaurant software and in-room information/energy management company was driven by a global distribution network established within 32 countries and increased revenue by 800%.

Frank’s role at Equiant is to become the leading servicer of commercial and consumer credit for clients around the world and across the business spectrum. Equiant delivers high quality solutions to complex receivables servicing issues encompassing invoicing, loan and maintenance payment processing, lockbox capabilities, backup servicing, securitization and early stage collections and document custody. Frank’s vision has established the fastest data-management and communications system in the receivables industry.

Frank has previously held a Board of Director’s seat for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and is a current member of the ARDA International Foundation (AIF) which conducts and disseminates research and technical studies that will enhance and improve knowledge for the public and to ensure the industry’s longevity through education.
