Gordon R. Bloeser is a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent analytical strengths and a track record of optimizing profit contributions. Gordon received his B.A. Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. He is well known as one of the most experienced resort development lenders in the business. For more than twenty-nine years, Gordon has been successful in providing business valuations for acquisition/development and consumer end loan facilities to developers to meet their funding needs. Gordon has worked for GEICO Financial Services, Litchfield Financial/Textron Financial and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President for Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation.
Gordon has managed loan business development divisions, loan servicing divisions, loan underwriting divisions, as well as customer service/collection divisions. Gordon has successfully lead various resort and land developments through work-out phases. His insight for assessing cash flow valuation, stabilization of assets and the successful liquidation of those assets are an invaluable skill set. Being responsible for the business valuation/underwriting, negotiation and closing of loan transactions provide Gordon with an unparalleled ability to expedite the business valuation process.
As a highly respected lender, Gordon is frequently contacted to analyze, and strategize the merits of various resort development properties and consumer loan portfolios. He has also provided consulting services and work-out services to various developers and lenders throughout the United States.
Gordon has provided acquisition, construction, consumer receivable, financing commitments and sales of portfolios Exceeding $3 billion to numerous resort developers. He has been intimately involved with timeshare and land development transactions for The Manhattan Club, Club Donatello, The Berkley Group, The French Quarter, Emerald Pointe and Telluride Mountain Village, as well as many others.
For the past twenty-nine years Gordon has provided a positive image within the resort development community, he has been an excellent motivational and team leader with the sharing of his expertise. As an ARDA (American Resort Development Association) member for over twenty-five years, Gordon has been a speaker at numerous regional and national conferences and has also been a member of the ARDA membership, meetings committee and resale task force. Gordon has also been a member of the AFSA (American Financial Services Association).
